1. Who we are

ELIDI Securities Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, with its registered office at Spyrou Kyprianou 20, Office 102, Agioi Omologoites, 1075, Nicosia, Cyprus. We act as the data controller in respect of personal data collected through this website (elidi.cy).

2. What data we collect

When you submit the contact or "Open an account" form on this website, we process the information you provide: name, surname, e-mail address, the content of your message and, where applicable, any documents you choose to attach. We also process technical data strictly necessary to operate the website (see section 5 below).

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process the data you submit through forms in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where you contact us for general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling and responding to communications addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep your data

Data submitted via forms is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where it leads to a business relationship, for the period required by applicable Cyprus law and the rules of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). General enquiries that do not result in a relationship are deleted within a reasonable period.

5. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the website to function properly. Specifically:

— laravel_session — maintains your session state during the visit;
— XSRF-TOKEN — protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery.

We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling or other tracking cookies and we do not share data with third-party trackers. Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent under the ePrivacy Directive; you may still block them in your browser, but parts of the website may stop working.

6. Recipients of your data

Personal data submitted through forms is delivered by e-mail to our internal mailbox (info@elidi.cy) and is accessible only to authorised employees of ELIDI Securities Ltd. We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification or erasure, object to or restrict its processing, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@elidi.cy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
